OVER 150 TEAMS REGISTERED FOR THIS EVENT EVERY YEAR !!!

The entry fee deadline of Oct 20th for the USSSA Fall World Series is fast approaching – Please let me know asap if you won’t be attending.  Several divisions are already closed and we have begun a waiting list so please play online or send us your entry fee by October 20th to reserve your spot.

If we have not received your entry fee by the deadline your team may be replaced by a team on the waiting. Due to the size of this event and the fact we have teams on the wait list,  we have had to institute an advance payment policy to ensure we don't have any last minute dropout when others want to play. Sorry no exceptions.
 

START TIMES:

All teams except 8U  should plan to play Friday night (6pm)  unless they opt out of a warm-up game.  10U - 12U - 14U will play the majority of pool games Friday night as bracket usually begins early Saturday (before noon) .  If your teams is based within 6hrs of Birmingham and are unable to play Friday, you will only be guaranteed 1 pool game.    8U will not play Friday night. 
 

FORMAT
This event will be  2 Pool Play / Double Elimination
Bracket seeding will be based on USSSA Points as of November 1st 

 

Pool Play games will be 6 Innings or 60 min / Bracket Play will be 7 innings or 70 min
 

Home team will be determined by a coin toss

Championship Games will be 7 innings or 80min (Undefeated team is Home team)

IF games will be 3 innings - no time limit

 

TEAM CHECK-IN
All teams are required to fill out the Pre-Chackin Form and also check-in at the park prior to your first game.  Teams are required to have their rosters online & Guest Players listed online.  If a player is not listed on the online roster and protest occurs it could result in a forfeit 

 

RULES USSSA rules will apply.    8U SPECIFIC RULES 

ALL ROSTERS AND GUEST PLAYER MUST BE LISTED ON THE USSSA WEBSITE 


BALLS
Teams will receive (2)  USSSA Stamped game balls when they check-in. Only
USSSA Blue seam balls may be used at this event.


GATE FEES
Weekend Pass - $20
Daily Pass - $10


 

DROP OUT 

Any team that withdraws prior to Oct 20 will receive a full refund.
Before Oct 26 and no replacement can be found -  50% refund
After October 26 and no replacement can be found - there will be no refund
